WNLXplorer is a WordNet visualization application and toolbox based on Jung2 and JWI and Lucene, WordNet 3.0 is entirely indexed in a Lucene index.
It's an extension of the previous WNXplorer project, but all WordNet is indexed in a Lucene index, this allows to add payloads to synsets or update the synsets (adding co-occurrence information or statistical information, defining new semantic relations etc.), and such an index also allows to add new synsets.

Another advantage of the toolbox is for example to properly integrate (and to properly use, by the next) in an WordNet index, the glosstag information.

• there is a problem in the indexation in WNLXplorer due to the case sensitivity. (example with hippocampus, 2 synsets in wordnet but only one in WNLXplorer).
